Although I’ve always been creative, I haven’t always been a vegan. Finding a way to share the two biggest pieces of me (outside of my beautiful family) was a difficult merge but I couldn’t just talk about one or the other – so here you’ll find both creative inspiration (largely sustainable or using things I already have) and veganism (non-judgemental information to help you make your own choice)

I live in Oklahoma City with my husband and we have two grown and flown daughters ages 26 and 22 who are our absolute joy in life. We also have two little adorable dogs (they’re 12 and 10) and two grand dogs.
